Shipping Service

We currently use DPD as our shipping carrier for the below services:

  • Next Day Shipping

  • 2 Day Service shipping and International

​

Shipping Services with DPD are available Monday – Sunday. Orders placed before 3.00pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this threshold will be dispatched the following working day.

Next Day Shipping is with DPD however this Next Day Service excludes NI, ROI, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and Highland’s/Islands which are a 2 Day Service. DPD delivery service includes door-to-door tracking, SMS alerts and a one-hour timeslot so you know exactly when to expect your Glow Box goodies.

 

International & ROI Shipping

Orders placed before 3.00pm are dispatched the same day Monday-Sunday. Orders placed after this threshold will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery to ROI is a 2-day Service with International orders arriving within 7-9 days. In most cases any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, however you may be required to pay this fee to allow your goodies to continue their onward journey to you. Custom fees vary widely from country to country, and we have no control over these charges.  Glow Box will not be responsible for handling fees and/or custom charges.

 

Disputes

Glow Box accepts no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out with our control causing late delivery. Delivery will be to the shipping address provided at time of checkout, missing address information can cause delays or mis-delivery. If no-one is available at the address provided at time of delivery DPD will look at your delivery preferences for alternative arrangements enabled on your account such as leave in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or Pick Up Shop. These settings can be adjusted once tracking details have been provided or removed.

As these services are tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered, and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery. Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the consignees’ request and Glow Box are not liable for any parcels which are missing or stolen. If you need assistance with the delivery of your parcel, please contact info@glow-box.co.uk and our customer service team can investigate this with DPD within 48 hours of your parcel showing as delivered. Any reports of mis-delivery or lost parcels cannot be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
